In February partners European Sustainability Academy and EMC Club had the opportunity to present the Upskilling Generation Net Zero (GenNZ) study at Tallinn University in Estonia, as part of our ongoing collaboration within the hashtag#ErasmusPlus project hashtag GenNZ.

The study focuses on hashtag GreenSkills in tourism across Greece and Slovenia, aiming to support a more sustainable and resilient future for the sector.

The event brought together inspiring initiatives from around the world, showcasing how hashtag#microcredentials are rapidly becoming a powerful tool for skills development.

Micro-credentials are short, often online courses that are practical, low-cost (or free), and directly linked to workplace needs. Digital certification provides credible and transferable evidence of learning achievement—recognized across industries and borders. In tourism, micro-credentials offer a clear pathway to upskilling and career progression, helping individuals gain qualifications that increase employability and support sustainable development goals.
