EMC Club has organized an Erasmus+ project at the end of August 2022. The project took place in Maribor, Slovenia, from the 15th to the 25th of August and was about to train youth workers and formal education teachers in order to help young people fulfill their career or entrepreneurial aspirations based on coaching methods. 23 youth workers and teachers from Slovenia, Poland, Northern Macedonia, Serbia, Lithuania, and Turkey were participating in the training. The aim of the project is that young people have professionally trained people at their disposal in order to help them gain inner strength to realize their career or entrepreneurial desires and at the same time prevent their potential social exclusion or NEET situation. The project used an entrepreneurship tool and a coaching method. The project gave priority to a strong link between formal and non-formal education, as only together can it adequately and effectively prevent young people from becoming socially excluded NEETs in the future. The project was financed by the Slovenian Erasmus+ National Agency MOVIT.
