The Constellation team came together for the final transnational meeting January 8-10, 2020 in Croatia. Representatives of partner organizations participated in the third partner meeting in Zagreb to collect insights, feedback and good case practices from focus groups developing the Educational Resource Kit.
The team used constellations as a tool for making decisions about project management, setting goals, getting insight into team focus, and planning the upcoming steps in the project. It was a starting point for the development of tools for educators and youth workers to support and grow independence, self-reliance and a sense of belonging among youth.
The team agreed on a framework for the Education Resource Kit for youth workers and educators which would support them in working with youth. The aim of the Resource Kit is to create activities and tools for developing independence, self-reliance and a sense of belonging among youth as a way of preventing them from getting into a NEET situation.
