In the end of June happened Erasmus+ project Inception 3. EMC Club has been actively involved in the design and leading the project. The main objective of the project Inception3 is to build capacity of 26 youth workers and leaders from 10 organizations from Latvia, Slovenia, Croatia, Lithuania, Poland, Estonia, Turkey and Slovakia dealing with NEET youngsters from mix cultural backgrounds including refugees, asylum seekers and immigrants thus including them into society and increasing local community openness towards diverse cultures.
Inception3 made an impact on participants to change the attitude towards marginalized youth, especially NEET, refugees, asylum seekers and immigrants by being more open, tolerant, being able to prevent radicalization towards different cultural groups and fosters NEET youngsters inclusion in local communities.
