Youth workers and educators from Latvia, Slovenia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Slovakia, Croatia and Turkey have come together to take part in Inception – a training course in which they will use solution focused coaching and constellation while working with NEET youth. Target group of Inception are NEET or different social excluded youngsters. With the methods of coaching and constellation youth workers and educators will help them to be part of society and reach their own personal goals.
