The follow-up meeting of Erasmus+ project happend in June in Zavrč, Haloze region in Slovenia. It was the second step of training course Inception that happened in March in Zalenieki, Latvia. One representative of every partner country presented the local activites of implementation of coaching and constalation methods in their everyday work with young people. Folow-up was meant also for sharing the good practices among participants. Those were from Slovenia, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Slovakia, Croatia and Turkey. Follow-up meeting hosted also vice mayor of Zavrč municipality and principle of primary school Cirkulane-Zavrč.
